Cornerstone is the middle school and high school ministry here at First Baptist Church Landrum. Why the name Cornerstone? Because we believe Jesus is best foundation to build our lives. We exist to help students find Jesus and come alongside parents to help their student grow in Christ.


Wednesday Night- 6:30

Wednesday night is where you will want to be! Come enjoy dinner starting at 5:00. Starting at 6:30, we start our Student Service. Service often include a great game, excellent corporate worship, and relevent teaching from God’s word. We would love for you to come hang out with us!  

Sunday Morning- 9:30

Sunday Morning is a time specially designed for Small Groups. Our Small Groups are split by middle school, high school, and gender. In Small Groups, each group will have two or three adults and are currently studying The Gospel Project.  

Sunday Evening- 6:00

These evenings are created for our students to practice what they learn in God’s word. We meet in the Youth Room and then go to the outreach activity site. Examples of outreach activities are visiting White Oak Nursing home in Tryon, NC or going to Spruce Pines apartments to host bible studies and games for children.  
Carowinds - 7/7 The cost is $33 per person. Meet at the chuch at 7:30 a.m. Plan to be back late, around 11 p.m. Bring money for McDonald's on the way home, transportation will be provided!
